2. Accurately complete the forms with truthful information;

4. Fully comply with these terms.

To place an order, you must fill out the form available on the product page, contact us via email, or schedule a visit to the studio.

All works presented on this website are original creations and protected by copyright, under the terms of the Copyright and Related Rights Code (Law No. 63/85, of August 14, with its amendments).

It is prohibited to copy, use or reproduce any material without express authorization. The acquisition of a work of art also does not confer on the buyer any rights of reproduction, distribution or public communication of the same.

The images are illustrative and the customer can request additional images of a particular work if deemed necessary. You should carefully read the characteristics of each work. To place an order, the user must select the desired work(s), click on “Reserve” on the intended item and fill out the form.

You will then receive an email with payment details and other information about payment and shipping and delivery of the work. After payment and sending proof, the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email.

The final acceptance of the order only occurs after payment confirmation.

Orders with more than 7 days passed without confirmed payment will be canceled.

Availability and delivery times are indicative. If it is not possible to meet the initially anticipated deadline, the customer will be informed and may decide to maintain or cancel the order.

The prices indicated include VAT at the current legal rate and include shipping and delivery to locations in Portugal. For countries outside Portugal, see “Shipping and Delivery”.

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, MB Way or PayPal.

The prices and characteristics of the items may be changed without notice.

After payment confirmation, shipping times are 15 days for orders originating in Portugal and 25 days for all other cases.

Delivery is made by a selected carrier. If delivery is not possible, a notification will be left with instructions for collection.

These deadlines may vary, especially in summer months. Shipping costs will be those indicated by the carrier and are calculated according to weight, volume, and destination of the order.

The return does not require justification as long as it occurs within 14 days after receiving the work. In accordance with the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.

Specifically, returns are not accepted in case of:

• Damage caused during transport;
• Used products or without original packaging.

To do so, you must contact us in writing and return the work in the same condition in which you received it. The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned work.

Your data is collected for the sole purpose of commercial management. It will never be shared with third parties.

You can, at any time, request:

• Access to or correction of your data;
• Deletion of data;
• Withdrawal of consent for communications.

The data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, or for a maximum period of 10 years. For any questions related to personal data, contact us or address the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

In case of a consumer dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (ADR).
